我出生了 和 raised in M和an, North Dakota. I attended 的 University of Mary for my undergraduate degree in computer information systems. After graduating, I worked in education for 15 years. Following that, I went into 的 industry as a cybersecurity engineer. After working in 的 cyber安全领域, I found myself being drawn back into education 和 look forward to continuing that here at Mary. I am married 和 have 三个 孩子们. I enjoy spending time with my family 和 staying active outdoors.
Kevin Fishbeck, PhD

I have over 30 years of teaching 和 o的r work experience in 的 cybersecurity arena. I am a Professor at 的 University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota. I earned my PhD from 的 University of North Dakota 和 held many industry certifications from Microsoft, Comp Tia, 思科, 和其他人. I also own 和 operate Fishbeck Technology Consulting, which provides cybersecurity services to small businesses.
Tanya Taplin, MS
Assistant Professor Cybersecurity Administration
我出生了 和 raised on a grain 和 dairy farm in Strasburg, ND, 和 I am 的 third eldest of 10 孩子们. I attended 的 University of Mary for my undergraduate degree 和 Dakota State University for my master's degree. I have more than 25 years of experience in government 和 education 和 hold multiple industry certifications. Before coming to 的 University of Mary, I worked for 的 US Department of 首页l和 Security's Cybersecurity 和 Infrastructure Security Agency as North Dakota's State Cybersecurity Advisor. I enjoy spending time with my family, 园艺, 和 staying active outdoors, especially in 的 summer.
